Christina and Mercedes make it so easy for us as an owner! They handle the bookings - ensuring qualified tenants, dealing with the day-to-day tenant issues, and scheduling any required repairs. They also provide feedback on changes that might make our property more bookable. In the 6 years of having the responsibility of maintaining, from Olympia, WA, the Coronado home inherited from my family, it has been evident, and increasingly so, that it wouldn't be possible without the attentive, prompt, experienced and professional services of Christina Hartman and Mercedes Estrada at Ascent Reality/Vacation Rentals. The variety of challenges with renters and maintenance of a home built in 1953 has required a set of skills we never imagined when we assumed responsibility for the property. Their attention to all these issues has been a key factor in our keeping the property for the family despite the frequent need to have someone “on site” yet our primary residence being 1,100 miles away.
