How do I book a home?
The easiest way is to call us. We like talking to all of our clients and/or potential clients. After we talk and square up all the details, everything can be done through email.  If you would like to email us first, please email Christina McCarty at [email protected]
We send you the contract via Doc-U-Sign. 

Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some of which do not. Take a look at all of our Pet-Friendly homes under the "Pet Friendly" tab of Vacation Rentals. Please call us with any questions.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs, and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full-service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.  A home in Coronado is the perfect place to call home while you are away from yours. 

What does a property management company do while I'm staying in the home?
Ascent Vacation Rentals takes care of you and the home while you are here. You will check-in at our office to collect the keys and you will call us with any maintenance issues that may come up during your stay. We can recommend great places to go while you are here. We are here 7 days a week while you are renting the home. We strive in making sure you have a great time and that your stay if as comfortable as possible. 

What is our cancellation policy?
Upon signing the contract, the reservation fee is due. You can pay that by check, wire, or credit card. If you use a credit card, there will be a 3.5% booking fee of the total being charged.  60 days before check-in, the rent and cleaning fee is due. If you cancel before you have paid the rent and cleaning fee, the reservation fee is non-refundable. If you cancel after all monies have been paid, the rent and the reservation fee are also non-refundable.  The cleaning fee is refundable.

What household supplies do you provide?
We will supply you with enough items for about a week's worth. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, trash bags, sponges, and hand soap.
